Handling time

  • 2 business days from order. (Mon–Fri, U.S. holidays excluded.)
  • Orders after 12:00 PM ET count as next business day.

Carrier & service

  • USPS Ground Advantage by default.
  • Tracking included. Delivers to U.S. addresses, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO.

Transit time (estimate)

  • 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • Weather and carrier volume may affect delivery.

Rates

  • Calculated at checkout by weight, size, and destination.
  • Any promotions appear at checkout.

Tracking

  • We email a tracking link when your order ships.
  • You can also track in My Account → Orders.

Changes & cancellations

  • Contact us ASAP. We can update orders that haven’t shipped yet.
  • After a label is created, we cannot change the address.

Delivery issues

  • Marked Delivered but not received: check household/neighbors and wait 24 hours; then contact us.
  • Lost/delayed: notify us within 7 days of last scan/expected delivery; we’ll start a USPS trace.
  • Damaged: contact within 48 hours with photos of box and contents.

Returned to sender

  • If undeliverable, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund item(s) minus original shipping.

International

  • Primarily U.S. shipping. Contact us for exceptions.

Preorders/backorders

  • Ship window shown on product page. Orders may ship together when all items are in stock.
